Find the stays that quietly break your calendar.

Upload your Airbnb calendar export and choose your minimum stay. We will show the check-in dates that can leave nights too short for the next guest—without changing a price or reservation.

  • Availability geometry only—no pricing claims
  • Your original calendar file stays in your browser

Your calendar snapshot

Run a calendar gap scan

Use the exported file—not the private calendar URL.

Calendar window selected automatically: today through the next 24 months. Past events are ignored.

Nothing is sent until you review the sanitized dates and confirm the scan.

01

Read in your browser

The scanner extracts only each event's start and end date.

02

Metadata discarded

Titles, guest details, notes, URLs, locations, and event IDs are not sent.

03

Date shapes measured

Merged unavailable date ranges and your settings go to our private calculator.

What crosses the network: only unavailable date ranges, minimum stay, and the automatic 24-month scan window. They are processed to produce this report and are not written to a Price the Gap database. The original .ics file and reservation metadata stay in your browser.

How do I get the .ics file?
  1. On Airbnb desktop, open Calendar and select the listing.
  2. Open Availability. Under Connect calendars, choose “Connect to another website.”
  3. Copy the Airbnb calendar link and open it in a new browser tab.
  4. It should download an .ics file. If it shows calendar text instead, save the page with a filename ending in .ics—not .txt.
  5. Select the downloaded file above.

Keep the private export URL to yourself. Anyone who has it may be able to read your calendar availability.
